Global WAM Participant Agreement

Non-Solicitation: Participant agrees that they will not solicit business from, or contract, directly or indirectly, any other participant in Global WAM.
Non-Competition As a Participant, you will acquire new skills, training, and experience with the 12 Week Year. Participant agrees to refrain from delivering 12 Week Year content to others outside the Global WAM, without prior written permission from The 12 Week Year (The Execution Company.)
Confidentiality Participant agrees not to disclose to others, or use at any time or anywhere, any
confidential information, including but not limited to, Global WAM participant comments and contributions.
General Rules of Engagement Participant agrees to the following:
1. Hold all conversation in strict confidence.
2. Share trade and company secrets at your own risk.
3. Keep the conversations positive.
4. No hate speech.
5. Avoid political bias.
6. Be tolerant of other’s beliefs and comments.
This agreement will be effective as of the date of the acceptance.
